When discussing career planning a number of issues arise. It is important to start thinking about what you want your career to look like/what you enjoy doing. Try to figure out if you like inpatient vs outpatient, procedures vs not, clinical/admin/teaching/research etc.The most important thing is to work hard and do good work - that is how you will build a good reputation.
